PAIMERBETT (Paimer Bookmaking Pty Ltd, ABN 89 154 794 411) is licensed by Liquor & Gaming NSW. These terms explain our position on promotions and the rules that apply to any promotional content we publish. See also our What's On page and our Terms & Conditions.
1. No inducements — bonus bets, free bets and sign-up offers
Under the Betting & Racing Act 1998 (NSW), wagering operators must not offer or advertise inducements to open a betting account, to refer another person, or to bet. Consistent with that law, we do not offer or advertise:
- bonus bets or "bet and get" offers;
- free bets;
- deposit matches or deposit bonuses;
- sign-up, refer-a-friend or "money back" inducements.
We compete on sharp pricing, fast verified withdrawals and a clear product instead.
2. What we do promote
"Promotion" on our site means genuine, non-inducement content such as: information about upcoming sport and racing events; new product features (for example same-game multi); and our community and responsible-gambling initiatives. None of these are an offer of an inducement to bet.
3. General promotional terms
Where we run any promotional activity, the following apply:
- It is open only to verified account holders aged 18 or over, located in Australia.
- It is not available to anyone who is self-excluded or listed on BetStop.
- It is subject to these terms and our Terms & Conditions; if specific terms are published for an activity, those specific terms also apply.
- We may vary, suspend or end a promotional activity where there is a lawful or operational reason, acting reasonably and in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Any descriptions of events, dates, venues or product features are provided in good faith and may change.
4. Advertising & messaging standards
All of our marketing carries the consistent gambling-messaging taglines required under the National Consumer Protection Framework, an 18+ symbol and a responsible-gambling call to action, and is never directed at people who have self-excluded. 5. Unauthorised offers
Any communication offering a bonus, free bet or sign-up inducement in our name is not authorised by us. If you receive one, please do not act on it and report it to us at support@paimerbett.com.
